have a look on the ais sites today. click on the tyne. and look who has turned up. its those fine chaps from marine scotland, hoping to impose their first juvinile rtc in english waters.if the whole tr2 fleet from scotland went to cornwall to fish non pressure stock fish. they would turn up there as well. this is goverment led bullying and persecution of the tr2 sector. to get them to accept totally unacceptable new rules. lochead and salmond are a disgrace and we used to think labour were bad when they were in power in scotland. thier not a patch on this lot.

was hearing that the hirta was asked to come down to shields by defra or whatever they call themselves know.he will be in the area for 3 days and making as much boardings as possible. standby for jrtc number 2 today and 3 tommorow. not good news for the local small boats, i see the minna in stornaway as well. i would put money on the west coast being the next area for maximum enforcement of jrtc.s. plenty of discards round there as well. we are the only country in the eu that activly enforces juvinile rtc.s. our eu partners surely dont catch any undersise fish at all.
