Concerning the posting of images downloaded from the net, if the photo is taken from another site without their permission and then altered in any fashion, it still comes under the copyright act, therefore the person posting it is still open to legal action and not the operators of Trawler Pictures.
Altering includes, cropping, trimming, using a paint shop etc
When a member joins up they agree that they are responsible for all material posted and must ensure they do not infringe any copy right as they are liable for any action taken by the copyright owner

To all members,
If you have any queries about a picture you see on the site you think may have been used without permission would the member please send a msg to the administrator's and we will look into the alleged infringement
