Aberdeen Harbour is one of Britain's oldest businesses
A new BBC One Scotland television documentary series about Aberdeen Harbour is set to get under way.
The first of six episodes of The Harbour start at 19:30, offering a taste of life on the waterfront and the characters who make it all work.
The series is narrated by actor Denis Lawson, who starred in Local Hero, as well as the BBC's Bleak House.
Aberdeen Harbour is one of Britain's oldest businesses and one of Europe's most modern ports.
