Two bodies have been recovered from the sea at Brighton, police have said.

The first body was recovered by emergency services at 1520 BST on Saturday, about 150m east of Brighton Marina.

Sussex Police said the body appeared to have been in the water for "a period of time". Officers are treating the death as unexplained.

At 1730 BST, emergency services were called to reports of a body floating in the sear near Portland Place.

Paramedics tried to resuscitate the man but he was declared dead at the scene.

Police said they are trying to establish the circumstances of the men's deaths.

I always see both sides of the argument, the one that's wrong and mine.....
