I have got lots of pics to add but i keep gettin the message 'You have a required field that is missing information called Vessel Name' come up after i have filled in all the fields what am i doing wrong

Normally that message only comes up, if the vessels name and port registry aren't filled in, what port are you trying to upload to, and i'll have a look at the fields, see if there is a prob

I had the same problem as fishmike yesterday. seemed to be playing up went from vessel name is missing to you have already uploaded this image... yet no image ...strange. have not tried today....

What port was it?, if you hit the back button when it says vessel name is missing it does throw the system for some reason,  if you hit the refresh and then put it in should be ok, will work on a solution to this

No Problem Barry have never had any probs before yesterday... Oh it Ballantrae tried everything signing out and back in and uploading again but to no avail..... Must of been having a funny computer day yesterday...Atleast I know it was not me being blonde....lol

You must be in the correct category before attempting to upload pictures.

A problem has arisen when uploading pictures when you fail the first time (wrong category) and then go back and try again. We are working on that. In the meantime if you restart the process (make sure all fields are filled in, correct category chosen etc) from scratch it should work.

Post here if you have any more problems

which port are you trying to upload the picture to?

Usually you only get the error - enter vessel name if you dont navigate to the category first.

Could you please provide the following so that we can help you.

1) Have you watched the video I posted above (the full thing?)
2) What category are you trying to upload to?
3) Have you previously been able to upload and are experiencing errors only now?

I have had a problem uploadind photos. I have one on the site which was fine but since have had a maessage come up saying too large. They are taken with the same camera as the other one. Any ideas please?

use resize software to make the files smaller

the file sizes needed for this forum are in this forum a couple of posts down

picture files need to be under 1mb and are 2500 x 2500

i gave up trin to post pics but hought id try again today cos got so many good photos if taken while fishin of boats on east and south east coast but just cant post them its same error every time
