Looking for info on a boat Strathgarry, about 50 odd foot built at Arbroath,Alistair Buchan had her in Stromness for a while, anybody know where she is now or what ever happened to her.I thought she went to the Clyde or Campbeltown area but could be wrong.

An Arbroath built Strathgarry went to Carradale in the Clyde bought if I remember from Stornoway by Ronnie Brownie, the original Cat engine was in her up forward and she was renamed Bonnie Lass, sold to Oban and since sold on to Cumbrian Area or IOM.
My uncle also bought a Strathgarry, a McDuff 45ftr, from Stornoway, I seem to think the Abroath one was a replacement for her.

Gerrards of AH built the 49 ft Strathgarry SY88 in 1971, later PD91, then became Bonnie Lass III CN126 for Ronnie Brownie........not sure where she went after that.....

Bonnie Lass/Strathgarry I think she is based in Maryport. Now 2012, registered MT126.
