Just a quick heads up, been lurking on here for a few weeks, thought I had better say hello. My nick names Shug, live in Weegie and work as an occasional boatbuilder/fabricator, (when times are good). when its grim (like now!!) I lower myself to GRP tooling and laminating????? arghhhhhhhhhhhh. Im one of the new co-owners of Ocean Gem, we are currently cleaning out her hull prior to doing a trawler yacht conversion on her for our own use. She will be out the water for a few weeks for some plank replacement soon and a hull survey to see wot needs done. Will post pics when it happens.
regards
Hugh Paterson.
Regards

Hi Shug,
Its a shrinking world.
It is really difficult to build an ugly wooden boat.
