Looking to invest in a new image editing software currently using paintshop pro 7, heard good reviews about the photoshop ones, any ideas ?

I use Photoshop Elements 8. (I think it's gone up to ver 9 now). Has all the features I need. Recommended.

It does have a totally stupid activation/registration system though but there's ways round that.
