Hi Jay, the Village Maid's wheelhouse fitted well, sometimes they can look odd. So what sort of length was she? 52ft overall? What engine etc. I take it she was a early weatherhead?

Yes, it worked well ... fortunately the deck cambers were much the same
MA was built in 1937 though Part I papers claimed late 40s (see the old pic of June Rose as I've scribbled something there). Loa was 47ft, breadth 15ft
Typical Weatherhead of that period ... fast but a bit of a heid banger in a seaway
