Must be in the 1950's with one of the Forbes build boats on the beach
must be fifties right enough, i have a pic on here of myself aged about one, with my brother and father aboard our first QW, it would have been taken in 63 and the field you see in your pic on low askomil has the bungalows already there, i noticed another pic you posted that showed the field empty also, no idea when those houses were built but has to be prior to 1963. you really do have some cracking pics, i find them more interesting than current pics, as long as you didn't have to spend your life aboard one of those boats in the fifties, youngsters today wouldn't have lasted five minutes boating gear by hand. 
It must have been hard work in the early days, we certainly have
