Forth Belle seen here in the Firth of Forth (Scotland) - off South Queensferry - 27th July 2008.

* Cruising speed: 10 knots
* Top speed: 12 knots
* Powerplant: 2 x Perkins Sabre M215C engines
Built by J. Bolson & Sons of Poole in 1977 as Poole Belle. She operated in company with her slightly smaller sisters, Dorset Belle & Bournemouth Belle from Poole, Swanage & Bournemouth on various excursion trips including to the Isle of Wight. She was sold to the Firth of Forth in 2006.
Good to read about her origins - not too easy to find information on her

her two sister ships are for sale on following site now http://commercial.ap...gs.phtml?cid=17 they are both fitted with shuttle drives which i am told is a bit like a large outboard underneath the hull if you look on photos on link in wheelhouse you see 2 wheels 1 for each engine no rudders steer with props
