The Gleaner was extended i think, so shed have been a bit smaller when she was built.
The Gleaner was built as a sidewinder for Brid named Charlotte May and then lengthened before being sold. She's the same design as the Christine Anne (now scrapped) and the Sophie Louise (now Ocean Harvest FR) both of which were built for Whitby as sidewinders and then lengthened. The other boat in the class, think she's called Kairos or something like that now, was only sheltered in and not lengthened. So to sum up what I could have said in one sentence, the Phoenix is of a larger design than the Gleaner/Charlotte May
