Hardly looked at the booklet yet willie, ive never ever learned by doing it by the manual, just cant understand them, although i did ask a few folk advice tho, which im greatful for, but looks like its just a bit of trial and error. taking a lot of photos a at differant settings and seeing what works. Took all the photos on manual setting.
Its the best way to learn ,hate the destruction booklet ,I mean operating manuals ,aricht if ye can spik double dutch bit nae doric or gaelic lol
woodna say i havent been trying to understand it, but it didnt make any sense. but just going and trying it myself made was all the easier at the end of the day, even took my old camera to try on automatic if i couldnt do it with the new one but i didnt use it,

if all else fails-have a look at the manual-it`s always plan z!
Sometimes the supposed instructions manual can simply confuse things - trail and error is the best way forwards
