did this one end up in mallaig , and then sank a good few years ago
Hamish Philp had mid 80's out of Kyle, fished Clyde in winter with her, fine boat, big for size.
She sunk SE of Sleat Pt about 2mile west of the Roachy.I think Michael MacNiel bought her from Hamish Philps who then bought the steel Defiant and i think he was down the Clyde at the pelagic with it as well.Im sure she got sold to the free state later.Last i heard of Hamish he was ment to be a Pilot for BA,ach well i suppose its always going to be a downward trend after the highs of being a fisherman.
