I'm aboard her, took this from one of the FRC's. She involved in the Piper Alpha Disaster and two of her crew were killed in an FRC under the rig. There's a plaque on the bridge in memory of them.

nice pic lain r you still onboard there ?, im on the defender i have been on venture only as passenger when ive been doing over time needed a run home .

My uncle is one of the skippers of the Defender (Calum Macaulay). Do you sail with him??? I'm still on the Venture for now. Just took this photo last weekend.
