    I'm aboard her, took this from one of the FRC's. She involved in the Piper Alpha Disaster and two of her crew were killed in an FRC under the rig. There's a plaque on the bridge in memory of them.

    nice pic lain r you still onboard there ?, im on the defender i have been on venture only as passenger when ive been doing over time needed a run home .

    My uncle is one of the skippers of the Defender (Calum Macaulay). Do you sail with him??? I'm still on the Venture for now. Just took this photo last weekend. O0
    yes calum is the back to back skipper with me , hes away just now just left on saturday he keeps in touch by email sometimes during his trip fine man to get on with
