With my cousin Robert on the Bonnie Lass at Troon Summer 1966 while working for the pirate radio station Radio Scotland.Thin as a rake but I could eat like a horse back then.

    Weren't we all , I was under 10 stone til I was 40, then the explosion happened, I'm lucky to get down to 15 st. these days.

    The problem with me Mackem is that I still look like that(well, apart from lines on the face,bags ?suitcases? under the eyes,false teeth and varicose veins !!) The weight has never gone on me at all even after giving up the "coffin nails"...ye cannae fatten a thoroughbred so they say lol
