i was thinking the 53ft was just a bit big for the arrow and the aquarius, that answers that query, oh and welcome aboard danny, hope you've got some pics of the aquarius among others to share, there was one on the other site taken by a fella who was a lighthouse keeper in the mid seventies, but it was taken from the new quay and she was lying on the north side, she features in my pic of the 75 blockade but you'd need good eyes to pick her out and a better memory to remember events of the week.
Remember being out while still at school working around arran coast and the Aquarian was in same area for a day or two towing up an down same area. The reason the name sticks is the racket she was making !!-could easily hear her over the noise of our own engine from a mile o ???r two away! Just wondered if it was always this noisy?
Looked a useful set-up though ( ear protectors included?)
jaqueline stuart still going named the chelaris now
Strathyre LH200 turned into razerblades at Inverkeithing a good number of years ago
