big tide in campbeltown, in the background my own boat Quiet Waters CN 45, in the foreground the Silver Lining which was being skippered by my late uncle Dougie Shaw at the time and the True Token, skippered by "uncle" joe broon and the late wattie broon, joe is a talented artist and model boat builder, i have a pic which i will post of one of his models which is on display in the local museum.

couldn't say, never to my face tho, that i do know, but that goes for anybody, naw jeest the irish men, or as they were known in my time, most of them with an odd exception were all hoormaisters!!!!
