Jim & Ian McCrindle's first boat, not sure where it went or who to
Sold to Carradale, Alan "the dog" Connely when replaced by Westerlea renamed Huntress, then went to Annalong bought by Geoffery Chambers, after that lost track
was broken in kilkeel named huntress.
Quite strange she ended up as the "Huntress" as well, got picture of her still as the Crystal Sea under Newry registration
am on the wrong boat! should have read johntars comment better! westerlea was broken in kilkeel named huntress.
No she was ran up on the beach in Stranraer and broken up, I had my foot on the fuel rack at the time, both the Crystal Sea and the Huntress were my dads boats
what more worrying is that it appears me mam is on deck with you
I'd recognise that yellow cardy anywhere
even more worrying, it has just occured to me that my mam might possibly be a clone.
always thought she harboured thoughts of world domination

jeez im all ravelled up! was right the first time! crystal sea OB104 later N314-last port ardglass was broken up 1995 in kilkeel. i got confused with the huntress as they are both in the same book!!!
that was a good sail thst day just a pity what we were sailing for m8 eh!! it took the digger a few good hits to break her hull that day
you sure thats the same crystal sea that the doag had? wheelhoose looks different to me but then what do i know? i thought the boat trapper replaced the alliance with was the same boat that the dug replaced the crystal sea with which went to south coast, but not according to the fleet register, butthen the crystal sea doesn't appear on it from its time as being CN registerd.
