Old newspaper cutting that might be of intrest.
probably the cn crimson arrow that fished in kincasslagh, co. donegal in the 30`s.
Built by Millers in 1927 as CN208, 42 ft, for Robert Robertson of CN. He had previously had the 50 ft Falcon and Frigate Bird built there in 1922. Crimson arrow was smaller and lower to make the task of taking the fish aboard easier. He had a 4th boat built ther in 1928, Nil Desperandum, which was fitted with Miller's first winch, the Dandy, forerunner of the Fifer range.
Ally certainly is of intrest fine looking boat Iwonder where she ended up???
wonder if this was unique, or were there a few like this ?
