like it or loath it the big question is!!!!!! how do you know it tastes like sand? if so then stick a slice on bread and butter with mashed banana and you're a kid at the beach again!! a sunday morning treat in our house when i was younger, only me and the old fla would eat it, fried in bacon fat, tastes like sand!!!!! ha ha
as for chitlins, kept them for someone the odd time but never tasted them, don't think i want to, even tho the only thing i've been able to taste since the turn of the year has been fried onions and jelly, but not on the same plate (what was the kids tv program that came from?)
