Hedwin seen here outbound to the Spoil Fields from the Port of Tyne (North East England) on 30th June 2008. Photographed from North Shields Ferry Landing.

Owned by the Port of Tyne Authority she is the only dredger based on the River Tyne and perhaps is the oldest vessel still plying her trade on the river.
