She must be still going out as it's the first time I caught her tied up - think she may be at the whelks.

mind an ayr man saying "a dirty boat never made any money " as he tied up next to a rusty auld scalloper who had abou t £8k for his  4 days !, probably a reason shes no painted  , some boats now the yearly paint job is now 2 years  due to the cost

Used to hang an old cod-end over the side to clean away the green growth in the Spring, worked wonders but had to keep a weather eye on it in case it went into prop

big fla should do what i did, i saw pics of the jasmine lying down south and got a hold of the owner online and gave him a verbal doin for having her in such a state, he claimed the wheelhouse was rotten so he had to take it off and was putting a bigger version on in its place, he lives aboard with his partner and two kids, you'd think in auch cases they'd take more pride in the appearance, doesn't take much to take a brush and a hose to her regularly during the week, different breed of boat owner these days. the previous owner said she found empty whisky bottles behind the water tank and in the forepeak? no idea where they'd come from, none of us were known to drink!!!!
