does she still fish or is she just a guard boat now, iv notice they have tied the block up on the cod end derick so looks like its not fishing now. I dont kno if any one can tell me but im sure she was down in the thames last year doing maybe survey work as she was steaming about for a couple of days all round near where we was fishing.
She was last fishing in 2006, landing mainly into Peterhead, but is still a registered fishing boat. Your probably right saying that she was down near the Thames last year cos if you look on AIS she was in the Irish Sea on survey work for a few months at the end of last year. Last seen on that site on 13th Dec heading for Poland presumably on survey or oil related work.
She has been in the Gulf of Gdansk (approx 55N 18E area) since xmas time.

www.shipais.com A few fishing boats show up on there mainly from NE Scotland, if the link doesn't work just copy and paste it into the address bar. It's a shame about the Maggie M, a fine ship wasted on oil jobs and the like really.

On AIS web site now, off PD just after mid-night and dest "fishing grounds"
she is or was fishing a few weeks ago.
Laid in Peterhead now according to AIS, has 546 boxes according to http://landings.seaf...ata.asp?ID=6186
