I would hazard a guess and say the second, third and fourth boats from the outside are the Kestrel,Kingbird and Kittiwake, going by the rounded bows on them.A mighty carrier the old Kittiwake. When the Old Man had her at the sprats at Granton in the late 60s we usually stuck to a 100 cran limit as the water pissed into her the further down she went, but that was only 3/4 full with an aft middle section and two aft pockets boarded up.She had a middle section and two pockets in both the engine room and the fo'c'scle taken away by the time we got her,so goodness only knows what she carried when new.A noisy bugger when punching, you thought the arse was going to come out her at times when she came down, but a grand seaboat nonetheless.
Is the rounded bow distinctive to any particular yard Ronnie?

It was Miller of St.Monans who built them MIC in 1930 Kestrel/Kittiwake and 1933 for the Kingfisher/Kingbird.I think the Falcon and the Frigate Bird, the design for the original two that were built about 1921/2 were taken from a Norwegian style of boat, hence the very pronounced "apple bow".
