    this boat has just been sold the previous owner had it built for pleasure and has owned it all its life over 25 years always kept in Whitby for private sea angling never ever been worked for fishing hes just sold it for around 2 k it was a bargin not many cobles around that's never fished.

    I would have thought it unusual to have a Coble built for private/pleasure use - is this a common thing?

    no not really most just built for fishing but they make a good stable platform for fishing.
