its a fifer seine net winch take the coiler off and u could turn the winch barrels fore and aft did ur ring net winch aswell brian.
lot o the men prefered the traditional ring net winch in front of wheelhouse seine net forward handy for discharging .seine net winch better forard in boat better lead for seine net ropes.
