Millar,s built with 6LX Gardner, we looked at her in the late 70's before we bought the Golden West. Nice shaped boat but had some water issues.

Bob I think water issues would have been the least of my worries if I was aboard her when she was on top of that rock going into Eriskay harbour I think the shit bucket would have been well used, gale of wsw wind and snow 2am.
she was in some scrapes in the minch when she neighboured DUNKY DONALD WI THE GOLDEN HIND. there was some worthies at the sea then there was better harmony and fun in castlebay or boisdale or mallaig when the ringnet stopped that stopped.
yes she got keel put into her at plamer boat yard in the eighties, but never was the same as i new her when seeing he in the sixties in campbeltown.
YES jim he was neebouring the Margret Rose when that happened they were lucky they did'nt lose her that night she needed a new keel but never got it till she went to P/vogie as far as I know.
