I don't think there's a small harbour in the country that hasn't gone down this road Jonah.They need revenue to survive,and a yottie's pound is ever bit as good as a fisherman's.Sad fact of life I'm afraid. If the old seiner men and drifter men before them saw that now,they would be shaking their heads (and their fists !!)
