    built as the providence CK1 at burnham in 1969 by R.J.prior burham ltd for peter french of west mersea. sold to the rutter family of seahouses late 70s and renamed douglasdale LH165 then sold to ireland not sure of date
    she was fine boat when she went to seahouses

    he was built at burnham on crouch england . think its in norfolk
    was built with a 120 hp KELVIN was re engined with a 195 cummins at seahouses
    she was used as a passenger ferry between ballycastle and rathlin island for quite a few years in the 80's/ 90's
    She was sold to Ireland in summer 85. Small fishroom but the wheelhouse and cabin where more like a yacht than a fishing boat. I think she was originally built for shrimp fishing in the Thames estuary.
