Hatch out new deck beam and planks in just one to go then the caulking starts.
Great work
Planks should have been staggered but that would have meant that the skylight would have to be removed. The winch will be relocated over the joint so you won't see them anyway.
yooz doing chust fine
I was up at Seq cleaning up the rails, oiling and patch scraping and priming the starboard topsides where she's lost paint, mostly due to the build-up of paint and impact of sun
Seq really needs burning off. Don't think I can avoid that next winter, which means slipping, shoving in a shed and getting on with it!

Looking good, up to Tarbert this week to do more raking out. Hope weather keeps dry!
Aint raking anything out till the decks covered with the new cabin.....less to do then??
Work never stops guys as you know. Hold hatch coming out new coach roof to come one deck beam forward and back and 7 planks wider each side then I'll be able to stand up below well almost. 5" x 4" beams getting bolted through the deck beams should add strength rather than remove it.
Why didnt u weld up a strong back and plonk the coach roof on top, ah know a handy man wi a welding torch [hee hee].....oh yeah of tall stature!! (on a short boat). Surprised u dont have a sore fore heid all the time?
Good one Hugh, think we'll stick to wood!!, tempting though to make things easier, but we don;t like it easy.
