    66 horses(or was the Perkins in by then?)shoving her along fine there,hardly a bow wave,no like yer modern  jobs...a tanker load an hour skooshing through the pipes,and a million gallons of the oggin getting pushed in front lol...in all fairness mind,I couldnae see that one beating a Macduff under ten come landing time,bonny as she looks!
    back in the day ron,  fun to be had on them days , although a see a wee safety rope there,, maybe the helth in safety nutters just gettin a hud then haha  , homeward a canny see ky in that wee wheelhoose  haha ,
    Think Peter Greig may have been behind the spokes.

    She still had the Kelvin in her then must have been using all 66 horse when this was taken with the stern that far down.  We need to run the Perkins pretty hard to get her that far down running the same stern gear and we can get another 50 rpm at the prop over the Kelvin and about 50 hp more.  Although Kelvin HP does seem different from other I remember my uncle Jack's Myosotis always passed the West when we were cruising and she had 88hp mind you 2 speeds stop and go both flat out.
