Strathyre in front, cannae say the one behind rings any bells though.Looks like a 50s build from the Fife side? Is that old "Murdie" standing at the port side Freddy?
the one at the back is SCARLET CHORD.LH.55.
Looks very like his stance Ronnie but the face isnt very clear .Imore or less took Robbies place aboard her after the ST Ninian was sold when he had the accident and Andrew took over.Bet any money thats Andrews heid oot the port windea.

That Scarlet Chord is before my memory time pierman, the second one came out of Weatherheads in the early 60s I think. Wasnae sure if that was old Murdie,I can just about picture him in my mind Freddy, but as you say the face is no awfae clear.Must have been about 1965 when he died, somewhere around there anyway?
Was few yr after that Ronnie he came ashore about 67 after his accident and never got back to sea full time but lived for a while. The wee Cord was going into the 60s Tom Buchanan had her before the Thread .Scarlet Line carried her NUMBER on LH 55.
