John Dickson of Port Seton's Dayspring, built in Macduff around the late 50s or early 60s.Last time I saw her she was lying at a pier in Scapa in March 1978 getting converted....mind the date fine as I was up there on honeymoon....and no,I wasnae mair interested in auld fishing boats at that particular time before anybody asks lol
Busmans honeymoon Ronnie, I like your sense of taste....I took my other halfto the Isle of Man TT??
One of the best "holidays" I ever had Hugh (and no for THAT reason either lol)....the Orkney folk were pure diamonds each and every one, cannae say I met one person up there that I didnae like.We stayed in Kirkwall for a couple of weeks and a nicer place ye would be hard pressed tae find."Salt o' the earth" doesnae even begin tae describe them up there.
yup been there a few times, hit it on the head lovely people, quite like it in Shetland too.Night life can be a riot if u know where to go in Lerwick.
