The Breadwinner and Marigold at Ayr harbour

    2 great boats.
When was the photo taken ?
Do you know anything about the boats ?.
    Regards Rob J.
40 footers= built to fish within clyde limits. Breadwinner later was a seiner/ trawler and may still be about as a pleasure boat was working up clyde in largs area in 70's. Reckon this was taken 1960's as by time I was around (mid 70's) most boats were trawling. Similar boats were Shanks ,Audacious and
Christmas Rose (owner ?...... east coaster ? who settled in Ayr)
Nice boats , I like that style .
