Hopefully there will be a consultation with fishermen before any plans are finalised.

Quite a lot of prawn grounds covered in there proposals, would like to think they will listen to what the fishermen have to say.
this is the reason marine scotland wants every fishing boat bankrupt, just so they can get 100% renewable by 2020
damm at snp theve done nothing for us wed as well have had muppet show
every other eu country that its vessels land less than 5% cod dont have to worry about days they have 365days a year fishing with 8/12nets,standby next year the great snp lead marine scotland has interpureted the rules wrong for byback days will be lucky if we get 40days  next year 8:) ;) ;)
read that the north sea tr1 and tr2 kw days are near 1million over john how can this be did somebody read the rules wrong or did somebody put a decimal point in wrong place 8:)?;);)
its all to do with the bybacks=extra days you got for say sq panels/under 5%cod/havin cameras/ rtc,s/all the buybacks come from a eu articule 13 which lets a member state claim back days for reducing cod catches
well marine scotland interpretation was the days for these buybacks came from 2008 when it should have came from 2007   which lead to a massive overshoot of days which brussels will take back next year for every overshoot day the will take a day and a half back TR1 is around 1.3million kw hrs over TR2 is around 990.000 kw hrs overshoot
lochead saying es up in arms aboot it but es na caring es arse
neva mind bybacks and o that pi*h , thats o crown estate lands and o you serfs oot there,s gona pay through the nose fir yir lechy,  a load o rich cu*ts gets richer as per ;) wi abodys money,, a monster that naybody needs or wants , mike park kin get a directorship in that yin efter  the fishins gone , big levys on lecky yum yum , build a empire ,ow feck they aready hiv yin ,  ;) 8:) ;) ;)
no no yi know perfectly weel me and plod are pals , not gggrrrrr 8:)
ats true they,ve hid some overtime aff o me oor the years ;)  am a good lad noo though  8:)  ;) ;) ;)
Thats quite scary the amount of productive ground that is covered-not only that when the equipment is inevitably destroyed in storms it will pose a huge hazard with potential for collision with giant semi submerged debris not to mention the stuff that sinks onto tows!! 8:)
it wont be storms that will get the blame for damaged equipment but some poor innocent fisherman will get dragged over the coals for towin it away or smthin stupid like that as for productive ground these erseholes dont give ashit fir that as long as they can justify their over inflated bonuses to match their over inflated egoes  8:) ;)

Okay , Scotland`s target for renewable energy by 2020 is 6 GWs . [ subject to the sun shining , the rain falling and the wind blowing. ] The proposed Severn Barrage [ the 10 mile option ] had a RELIABLE 8GW output .
I know the Solway option had problems with the Greens [ bit like GW ] but FFS put a plaque up to the lesser spotted walrus and get on with it .
The only positive in these proposals is the job creation - they`ll need daft b-----ds to go out and maintain them and I suspect I know where they`ll find them . [ There is another positive which doesn`t apply locally - the rich will get richer - " ill divided " as cousin Bob says ]
