Must be after 19 66 cos I see he has the radar. Very nice , and very quiet man the skipper James Duthie, or Tanny, who died still a fairly young man. Ive seen him working aboard his boat when theyve been stopped or tied up between fishings, even in the bilges wi a tar brush , tarring the bottom and bottom boards,like it was just what he had to do... Not so the present day big skippers, who show some unwilingness to vacate the comfortable seats of their 4 x 4 with tinted windows, need I say more... :-
Thats a bloody lovely looking set o lines. Pity modern stuff is steel n plastic ( and I work with the the plastic goo)!
