    any idea of the history with this one,am sure i saw this boat in whitby many years ago rigged for sidewinding?

    She was KY reg Lead Us before, she's always kept absolutely immaculate.
    Ive seen that harbour -hardly looks big enough for a boat that size-is she lyin stern to quay with bow on a mooring? Mediterranean style!!. Is that not where the Rival another decent sized trawler is based also?
    not a hundred percent sure now but i think the rival has stockinish on her stern in the article in the fishing news after she was painted in fraseburgh,not sure what kind of harbour is there,is this in the isle of harris?
    Alongside ... good sheltered harbour also pontoons.

    very good,noticed in the article that the rival switches between trawling and working creels,is that a common thing in the isles,i know lads in the south that have the option of turning crab pots if the fish are scarce but am no sure if theres much of it going on north?.
