Turned up from Ireland into Whitehaven with gearbox trouble about 20years ago sank alongside the wall was bought by a Barrow lad called Victor who bought her for a £1, towed her to Barrow and coverted her putting in a gardener L3,poor man ,s died and the local vandals wrecked her ,end of a dream , cheers dave
Norman from what you have said about her being laid up in Whitehaven. There was Sea Jay N325 laid up in Whitehaven c1980 built 1956 Fraserburgh, 66 foot. Ex D584, based in Howth. 345hp Dorman engine. Could this be the same vessel???
