KY147 was number on Adelphi / Meridian. Some "Sooth Firth" man can maybe tell us her name

Yes it's Boy Peter III KY.147 built as Progessus LH.6 in 1954 at Jones Buckie she became Boy Peter III in 1956 and sold I believe in 1968 becoming as you say Valhalla FR.413 Boy Peter IV was launched I believe in 1968 KY.381 a Miller build St Monans she was sold in 1976 retaining the same name but registered BA.210 later Astra SY.153 but sadly scrapped at MacDuff in 1997. Adelphi KY.147 was built at Bromborough Merseyside 1976 (replacing Boy Peter IV) but believe finished at Miller St Monans, she was sold in 1988 becoming the Meridian which was sadly lost in 2006. The original Boy Peter KY.147 was built as the AJJ & T in 1937 by Walter Reekie Anstruther and became the Boy Peter in 1945/46?
