Fishing wise it makes ma mooth water Davie,taste wise it doesnae...I widnae thank ye for that or a Dover sole and ye wid need tae take oot a second mortgage tae afford either o' them in a restaurant...prefer a haddie and some wee prawns,now ye're talking taste 
your right there ronnie a nice bit of haddock or lemon sole . although lemons will be through the roof as well. i was in morrisons the other day and one vacuum packed kipper was £2.50 and it wasnt as if it was a big fish either. all this shite about eating fish its good for you. its not good for the bank balance.
