Graveyard Norman?...a good carpenter would have any one of them up and running inside a week
Nobody wants to be bothered with wood anymore now ronnie , its a shame must be dozens of wooden boats around our area just left to rot
Folk with the skills to build and repair them are getting scarcer nowadays Norman,far easier to get a welder or a fibreglass repair kit,job done in a fraction of the time (and cost),sad fact of life I'm afraid.A great pity too,nothing to beat a wooden boat for sheer character,but unfortunately that comes at a cost.
Aye a lot of interesting boats going to waste around our shore.but i bet if you made enquiries theyd want bloody silly money for them
Some people would rather see them rot than let um go cheaply dave
