relay 12mm marine ply, will resin the underside of it to seal it and then screw it down with stainless screws, fill the counter sunk heads in and then lay probably either 2 or 3 layers of 900gram fibreglass on it
the reason I ask is the guy who is doing the Cygnus hulls along the road from me is using stuff called neediplas(I think)it's a honeycombe sandwhich of fibreglass that won't rot! and it's not much dearer than marine ply

Aye have heard about that stuff my brother got a hatch off a guy in Edinburgh for the deck, guy thats got the cygnus cyclone mould I think, we have replaced decks before using the sealed plywood and never had problem with rot, only seen rot appear when the underside hasn't been properly sealed in
Aye thats the stuff the deck on my cheetah was made of was great stuff i had to cut a hatch out of it and the bit that i cut out i used to put down on the ground to put the jak on to lift tractor and pick up with. when i went down to cheetah in IOW i even got to try break a bit of it with sledge hammer Fecking strong stuff :crazy2:
decked one with phenolic board once - utterly indestructable stuff, expensive but maybe worth thinking about
