found this old postcard from the seventies. herring season in shields can anyone name the boats
from far left atlantic star, kallista,jacquamar, one of the ben boats and the anchor boat looks like the island. 
the black launch was the port health boat

Ocean Crest inside Jaquamar can see white wheel house might be a couple of boats in
cheers willy inside the ocean crest it looks like the dewy rose with kallista behind. i think this is one for your old man he will probably remember most of them .
Aye Terry , if Alzheimers hasnt set in but your richt about the Kallista astern of the "Crest"
she was a bonny looking boat so was the uberous . you would see them steaming up the river and they had some power in them
