Between the mouth of the Kerrera Sound and Sheep Island.Double reefed main and plenty rolls in the foresail as there was dirty looking black cloud heading over from the Mull shore.Thought it was maybe a wee bit of overkill until the squal hit..North Westerly 6 and kindae lumpy...not a day for flying loads of canvas,so a good call for once...far easier to shake a reef out after the squall's past than try to put one in when it's whistling...I learned that lesson to my cost quite some time ago lol

    It wasnae very tidy down below by the time that squall had passed Norman....if it wasnae in a locker or nailed down it was lying on the floor!
