Miller winch corrected

Had an inaccuracy with the winch pointed out and on close inspection, my model was wrong. The main winch clutch/gearbox and drum assemblys have now been altered and thankfully I was able to salvage the coiler assembly from the old winch. The gear lever has been added which was missing on the old one. Hopefully it will now pass scrutiny. I have also had the orientation of the coiler in relation to the gearbox assembly brought to my attention but it is correct for both Bruces and Girl Jean.  The AH Fifie Ebenezer AH 15 was also rigged this way. Maybe it was an Arbroath thing. Other boats will differ as the drum head can be turned in multiples of 90 degrees.  I published a drawing for the winch/coiler a wee while ago and this should be ignored.  I'll do what I can to post the revised drawing again asap.
