Kerteminde

The harbour at Kerteminde on the Danish island of Fyn. Still busy fishing mainly for plaice and other flat fish. Some cod fishing in the winter months but catches get poorer and poorer. All the boats are in harbour every day so fresh fish can be bought direct from the boats when they are landing. That's what you call fresh plaice.
