Atlantic Challenge at PD fishmarket
Have seen the photo on the web Steve.
She was just landing when I first saw her and I took some pictures in
the half light. Furtunately she stayed put and then the sun
came out.
Shame they didn't call her the "Fairweather VI" tho' after
what happened to IV and V probably safer to change the
name.

Good photograph - when I was up in Peterhead in July it was foggy, so the shot I got wasn't really ideal.
Just been looking at her specifications - evidently cost as a new build - $5,709,000 by Ailsa Troon Ltd. - Troon Yard/hull No.: 577 in 1999. Owned by Fairweather Fishing (Peterhead).
She was beached back in December 1998 after a storm snapped her lines whilst undergoing fitting out - see photograph @
