Built 1957 at Jones Buckie for Robert Clark Musselburgh named Lothian Rose LH 38
Sold to C. Scott Lossiemouth 1969 and renamed Aquarius INS 32
shame these girls are nearly all gone-another beauty.
She was the bonniest looking of the three that you had of that name Cyril (that's only my humble opinion mind !)
would agree with that ronnie- and the other two were crackers as well!
Aye Frankie,they not only had some bonny looking boats the Lossie men,they kept them well too.There were some fine like vessels working out of Oban when we first came here...all consigned to the dustbin of history now,more's the pity.

is this the same mannie that had the green shelter decked aquarius that worked out of oban? a good freen of DCI paterson's old man davie leggie, if so i remember her from her infrequent trips into CN, my old fla was aquaint wae him too!!!!

Hi Ronnie You are right shelter decks were a painted white how are you still catching prawns I still remember the happy days working out of Oban and Campbeltown and all of the many friends I made

I was speaking to Jim Campbell recently and got an update on some of the comings and goings Cyril and he was telling me you were still to the fore.Good to know that and to hear from you...aye ye cannae beat the pre-war material that they made fishermen oot o'...it was guid quality stuff !!
