Jay Margaret Alison's old K3 prop finally on Christina II after a lot of swearing, a 10 ton puller lots of heat and a sledge hammer.  Old prop was obviously very worn or been refurb too often.  Your old prop was 1" bigger dia and the blades were 1.5" wider we've gained 1 knot for the same revs what a difference.  Thanks Jay
